Health and Wellness Falsgrave Clinic is pleased to announce the installation of a NEW SUPERVISED EXERCISE SUITE consisting of Taurus Treadmill, CardioStrong Upright Static Bike,BodyTrain Rowing Machine, Resistance Bands, Weights Bars, Motion Guidance Laser Rehab Tool, Floor Exercise Mat, Step Up Box.

 

The exercise suite has been designed and implemented to help deliver effective, affordable exercise therapy. Supervised exercise has been shown to be effective for establishing functional stability and capacity following injury, illness, stroke, joint replacement.

 

The supervised exercise will be provided by our resident physiotherapist following a thorough assessment and a good understanding of needs and capability. Graded exercise, carefully adjusted to the individual is essential to achieve target outcomes.

 

We have high standard consultation/treatment rooms available on a full, part-time or ad hoc basis and with access to Wi-Fi, reception, and staff facility.
